Scale World Championships in Romania: Switzerland wins gold!

Our Swiss scale team excelled at the World Championship for scale models. Reto Senn became world champion in the F4H category, while the previous defending champion Andreas Lüthi won silver in the F4C category. Switzerland also won gold in the F4H team classification. 

Model flying is considered by many to be the supreme discipline in model making. In the F4C category, the model must be completely self-built and undergoes a lengthy construction assessment. In the F4H category, the construction assessment takes a maximum of 15 minutes and prefabricated models may also be used. For both categories, the models must be flown prototypically for the flight evaluation.
