Cow "Blüemli" meets rooster at lofty heights against a snowy backdrop. Scenes like this probably only happen at the Festival International de Ballons in Château-d'Œx. The 44th edition kicked off on January 20 in glorious winter weather. The festival lasted a week and offered not only ballooning but also an attractive supporting program.
