A festival for young and old with plenty of creative freedom for the organizer.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message skipProofing\">The SBAV is checking the feasibility on behalf of the AeCS and asks interested organizers to <b>until December 31, 2025<\/b>\u00a0to submit a declaration of intent. This should be sent directly to <a title=\"mailto:pascal.witpraechtiger@sbav.ch\" href=\"mailto:pascal.witpraechtiger@sbav.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-outlook-id=\"b4f14760-9577-4d1c-887d-13b91c3b2f4f\">Pascal Witpr\u00e4chtiger<\/a>\u00a0to the organizers. We would like to thank the potential organizers for an early announcement of the declaration of intent.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message skipProofing\">Ideally, the letter of intent should already contain details of the organization and the venue. The SBAV is looking forward to receiving numerous applications and suggestions and will decide who will be awarded the contract based on these. organization<\/li><li>Coordination with AeCS, FAI, CIA and SBAV<\/li><li>Intensive cooperation with competition management including air traffic control and meteorologists as well as the jury<\/li><\/ul><div class=\"ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message skipProofing\"><u>Finances and sponsoring<\/u><\/div><ul><li>Budgeting and accounting for the event<\/li><li>Financing of the event by sponsors, among others<\/li><\/ul><div class=\"ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message skipProofing\"><u>Team support<\/u><\/div><ul><li>Support for the teams<\/li><li>Sending out invitations and accepting registrations<\/li><li>Support in finding accommodation<\/li><li>Planning of the Opening Ceremony, Award Ceremony and Closing Ceremony<\/li><\/ul><div class=\"ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message skipProofing\"><u>Communication<\/u><\/div><ul><li>Communication with various stakeholder groups via a wide range of channels<\/li><\/ul><div class=\"ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message skipProofing\"><u>Infrastructure and security<\/u><\/div><ul><li>Ensuring the infrastructure at the launch site (including gas, sand, parking spaces, premises, marquees)<\/li><li>Planning and managing helpers in their own department<\/li><li>Obtaining permits from the municipality, canton and federal government (e.g. hospitality industry license, police, cantonal forestry office, FOCA)<\/li><li>Maintaining security (e.g. security officer, strict access controls to the filling area, security and crisis concept, crisis team, rescue axes,
