It calls on the Federal Council to reactivate it and reinstate Article 5 of the Aviation Act.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jauslin criticizes the fact that the mechanisms promised in 2004 to involve aviation stakeholders in aviation policy decisions are not working properly. With today's non-transparent regulations, the Federal Council is unilaterally guided in its decisions by the administration.
